On November 9, 2021, Jia Liwei, the executive deputy general manager, was the initiator of the evaluation, and Mr. Song Yuewu, the architect of China Information Technology Service Standard (ITSS) and the executive chairman of the IBOK Innovation and Development Promotion Alliance, served as the evaluation team leader. For the formal evaluation, after one and a half months of preparation, 16 hours of continuous interviews, 2 hours of first and last meetings, and 2 hours of on-site inspection, our company successfully passed the second-level evaluation of the maturity of our intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

This second-level assessment of the maturity of intelligent manufacturing capability involves 10 departments and 17 sub-domains, and takes the design (process), production, sales, and customer service activities of environmental protection catalyst products as the assessment scope. Capability Maturity Model" and GB/T 39117-2020 "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Evaluation Method" as the evaluation basis to audit our company. According to the official evaluation plan, each capability sub-domain needs to prepare a 10-minute PPT introduction, focusing on the requirements of the national standard clauses, and introducing the application of intelligent manufacturing in the corresponding capability domain. This evaluation has been highly valued by leaders of various departments and colleagues, and has been actively implemented , the evaluation team fully affirmed our company.

Intelligent manufacturing maturity assessment can comprehensively evaluate the existing problems of enterprises from multiple dimensions, and provide detailed solutions, clear construction paths and professional implementation guidance, so as to provide "physical examinations" for enterprises. Evaluate the current status and level of enterprise intelligent manufacturing, provide enterprises with professional and detailed evaluation analysis reports, and provide a reference for the next step to carry out intelligent manufacturing planning; Identify gaps and make continuous improvements to enhance the level of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of enterprises.
